Behavioral Health Solutions is excited to announce our newest team member, Julie Collins. Julie is joining BHS as VP of Business Development.
Julie Collins has an extensive background in Post-Acute Care beginning in 1993. Julie started her career in a Skilled Nursing facility in Wisconsin as an Activity Director and then moved into Social Services Director. Her passion for the geriatric community lead to her position as Sales Executive of Business Development for a large National Therapy company covering the Western U.S. in 1999. Julie spent 17 years in the Therapy world partnering and selling Rehab Therapy where she successfully filled the role of VP of Business Development. During this time, she accomplished winning two Eagle awards for leading her Sales Team.
Julie extended her experience in the Pharmacogenomics field as a National Representative for one of the largest National Providers in genetic testing and precision medicine. While in this role, she was first introduced to BHS through a partnership in the Nevada Market for Long Term Care working to combat polypharmacy in the Skilled Nursing setting.
She went on as the VP of Post-Acute Care with A.I. Fall Prevention Tech prior to joining Behavior Health Solutions. At BHS, she is continuing to support its growth and expansion in providing quality behavioral health care to skilled nursing facilities throughout the western region.
On a personal note, Julie and her husband have 3 children.
