Spencer Olsen

Spencer previously served as CEO, CFO and member of the Board of Directors for North American Health Services, which operated 35 skilled nursing facilities in California and Washington State, as well as ancillary companies that supported those facilities.

Before joining North American Health Services, Spencer worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit. He is a licensed CPA (inactive) and owns an accounting practice, as well as currently serving as Trustee and financial advisor for a large family office.

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Business from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA with his wife, and together they have five children.
