Doug Lord

Doug is a Financial Executive with more than 25 years of experience building teams and systems to understand how companies have, are, and will perform.  Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions, Doug was the VP of Finance for Integrated Dermatology – a medical office management company with more than 250 providers across 26 states.  In addition to creating financial reporting, analytics and forecasting systems, Doug headed business development analytics and closed on over 20 acquisitions in less than 4 years.  Doug was also responsible for capital raising and reporting to private equity and credit sponsors.

Doug has significant experience in private equity, having worked at Bain Capital for 6 years after graduating from Harvard Business School as both a Ford’s Scholar and Baker’s Scholar.  Prior to attending Harvard Business School, Doug worked in investment banking for 6 years after graduating Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas Business Honors Program.

Doug, his wife, and daughter enjoy traveling the United States and Internationally for archaeology, history and food – having visited over 30 countries for both work and recreation.
