Debbie Leone

A Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt with a healthcare focus, Debbie has a passion for building systems, processes, and organizations.

Prior to joining Behavioral Health Solutions as Chief Operating Officer, Debbie served as Vice President of Operations at Colorado Pain Care. At CPC, Debbie supervised a blend of operational and clinical staff while swiftly integrating a new EMR, creating policies and procedures, and establishing revenue cycle management, HR, and IT functions in-house.

At BHS, Debbie directs the efforts of strategic planning and leads various functions which include creating efficiencies and adding automation into current practices, system builds and upgrades, EMR conversion, and IT infrastructure creation. Debbie manages BHS’s provider group while working to expand health systems from state to state.

Debbie has a Masters in Business Administration from Northcentral University.
