BHS is committed to addressing the mental health needs of both urban and rural communities. Under Bill’s leadership, Behavioral Health Solutions offers a comprehensive range of mental health services, including psychiatric care, medication management, substance abuse treatment, psychotherapy, and group therapy. These invaluable services cater to individuals facing behavioral, mental, and cognitive challenges across diverse settings, such as post-acute care, outpatient, healthcare clinics, residential communities, and select inpatient systems.

Bill is a subject-matter expert in the field of SNF Behavioral funding programs and has been instrumental in administrating, advocating, lobbying, and launching programs in multiple States. His passion is in advocating for the appropriate funding to manage the increasing Clinical needs of the SNF demographics surrounding Behavioral Health.

Bill possesses a wealth of experience in the field of post-acute care, with a particular emphasis on ancillary services and technology. His remarkable healthcare journey commenced in 2005 when he joined and operated a clinical laboratory catering to the post-acute sector throughout the western region of the United States.

In previous roles, Bill has assumed prominent positions, including National VP of Business Development for the largest mobile Radiology/Laboratory provider in the country. Additionally, he has played pivotal roles in multiple rapidly growing technology companies operating within the post-acute sector.

Bill is a proud alumnus of Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. His educational background underscores his well-rounded approach to addressing complex healthcare challenges.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bill finds immense fulfillment in cherishing precious moments with his family. He actively engages in attending his children’s sporting events and remains a dedicated advocate for local communities, supporting their behavioral needs and overall wellbeing.
