Spencer Olsen

Spencer Olsen currently serves as CEO and member of the Board of Directors for North American Health Services, which operates 35 skilled nursing facilities in California and Washington State, as well as ancillary companies that support those facilities. He has over 20 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Spencer previously served as CFO for North American Health Services, guiding the company through two successful recapitalizations, financing growth, providing technical guidance and overseeing software implementations.

Before joining North American Health Services, Spencer worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in audit. He is a licensed CPA (inactive) and has owned an accounting practice, as well as currently serving as Trustee and financial advisor for a large family office.

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Business from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in San Juan Capistrano, CA with his wife, and together they have five children.
